With Asian fusion flavours, sweet and spicy, beef ribs are rich and melt off the bone. Add some hot sauce at the end if you like a bit more a kick, or else perfect for kids and grownups alike.
Cooking time: 6-8 hours

I cooked up the Plum beef ribs the other night. What a delightfully easy experience! It was so easy! I don’t own a slow cooker , so just used an ordinary pot on low gas. The result was fantastic. Served on a bed of rice,

The plum beef ribs are super delicious! This is my 6 year olds favourite meal now! I would never ever make or eat ribs but we order these every week now. We all really enjoy them! We have paired the crockit meal with:
- a side of peas
- in a bun with coleslaw
- and will try them in a flaky pastry pie next.
