Crockit Subscription Terms & Conditions

 

1. Overview

Crockit is a mail-order subscription service providing pre-portioned packs of ingredients designed for slow-cooking. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Subscription Plans & Delivery

 

·         Customers can choose to receive 3, 4, or 6 Crockit packs per fortnight.

 

·         Deliveries occur every Wednesday to the address provided at sign-up.

 

·         It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct and accessible.

 

3. Use of Crockit Packs

 

·         Each pack contains raw ingredients intended for cooking, and we recommend using a slow cooker.

 

·         Crockit is not responsible for user errors, including improper storage, incorrect cooking methods, or any resulting foodborne illness.

 

·         Customers assume full responsibility for preparing their meals safely and correctly.

 

4. Subscription Management

 

·         Subscriptions are ongoing and will be charged on a recurring fortnightly basis.

 

·         Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time through their account settings.

 

·         Cancellations or pauses must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming delivery.

 

5. Payment & Billing

 

·         Payments are processed automatically via the payment method on file.

 

·         If a payment fails, Crockit reserves the right to suspend deliveries until the issue is resolved.

 

6. Refunds & Replacements

 

·         Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

 

·         If a pack arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

 

·         Crockit is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, improper food preparation, or adverse effects from ingredient consumption.

 

·         Customers should check ingredient lists for allergens before consumption.

 

8. Amendments

 

·         Crockit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
